dock. is your doctor when you need it. Urgent or ongoing, we promise to deliver immediate and effective primary care throughout your entire healthcare journey. The dock. app is truly healthcare at your fingertips with access to hundreds of same day appointments for both urgent and primary care.

With full access to your health profile including key metrics from every visit, immediate results, easy to track medication lists, and personalized care summaries, the dock. app manages your healthcare journey in one centralized location.

We know however, sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s why we assign each patient a personal Care Captain for assistance navigating tech hiccups, resolving billing confusion, or dealing with the unexpected. The dock. app gives you direct access to your personal care captain, a living breathing, local contact to help you navigate every step of your healthcare journey.

The dock. app is also your ticket to immediate, quality, and seamless care with your individualized patient ID. Easy access to your patient ID ensures you are getting the meticulous and customized treatment you deserve with seamless check-in and thorough documentation throughout your entire appointment.

Pay your bill with a simple click, have access to completely transparent self-insured pricing, and records of all bills including unpaid balances, statements under review, as well as past invoices.

Finally, the days of compartmented care are over. If you are a care taker, linking accounts has never been easier. With access to everyone’s profile in one simple location, you can eliminate the headache of tracking down medical records, updating multiple forms, and getting established at multiple practices.

With the dock. app, this is healthcare as it should be. Because seeing the doctor should be painless.
